Description: The counter associated with the number of observation threshold overpassings on high priority output buffer; this counter is not relevant for HSC boards without a high priority output buffer, for the BBE1B, the BBT1B boards, the BBTP3C boards and for the BBTS1C boards.
What is adnHscBoardTrMgtHOBObsCounter?
This counter counts how many times incoming cells have arrived while the high-priority buffer was at or above the observation threshold level. Network engineers monitor this to track how frequently high-priority traffic exceeds the predefined warning level, indicating consistent or growing demand for high-priority capacity. A counter reading of 5632 means high-priority cells exceeded the observation threshold 5632 times since the last reset.
