What is adnFrtVCTrafficType?
This enum distinguishes whether the virtual circuit carries user/customer traffic or internal network management traffic (like alarms and statistics). Network priority queues treat these types differently, with user traffic typically getting better service than network management. A value of 'user' means customer data on this circuit gets priority over maintenance and monitoring traffic.
