What is adnFrtVCStatsInCongsState?
This object reports the current congestion level (clear, low, medium, high, or critical) on the incoming direction of a virtual circuit based on calendar queue depth. Network engineers monitor this in real-time to detect congestion before it causes packet loss and to trigger congestion-control policies or reroute traffic. A value of 'high' means the input queue is nearly full; if this persists, the engineer should increase bandwidth or reduce traffic on that virtual circuit.
