This counter tracks incoming statistically-committed frames that were discarded by the interworking function due to calendar queue congestion. Engineers use this metric to verify whether statistical traffic guarantees are being met and if the network is oversubscribed on the ingress side. A value of 89 indicates 89 statistical frames were dropped; if this counter is rising, the network may need rate-limiting adjustments or ingress bandwidth expansion.
