What is adnFrtVCState?
This object reports the current signaling state of the frame relay virtual circuit within the Alcatel network protocol state machine. Engineers use this during troubleshooting to understand whether a call is establishing, established, tearing down, or stuck. A value of 'established' means the VC has completed all negotiation steps and is ready for data transfer.
