What is adnFrtVCCirForward?
This OID stores the committed information rate (CIR) in bits per second for the forward direction—the guaranteed minimum throughput the carrier contractually promises to deliver. Network engineers reference this value to confirm that the contracted service level actually matches their application's bandwidth requirements and SLA expectations. A CIR value of 256000 means the carrier guarantees at least 256 kilobits per second of uninterrupted outbound throughput.
