What is adnFrtVCAdminState?
This read-write enum stores the desired operational state you want the virtual circuit to be in (e.g., up, down, restart). Network administrators use this to manually bring circuits up for service or shut them down for maintenance. Setting this to 'up' tells the equipment you want this VC established and ready to carry traffic.
