Description: This object indicates the operational status of this Class of Service. A value of locked(2) indicates that any new calls will be rejected for this Class of Service. A value of unlocked(1) indicates normal operation.
What is adnFrtCosOperStatus?
This read-only object shows the current operational state of the Quality of Service class, reflecting whether it is accepting new calls or rejecting them. Network engineers check this to confirm that administrative lock/unlock commands are in effect and to diagnose why a class might be unavailable. A status of 'locked' means that CoS is currently not accepting new calls due to administrator action or system constraints.
