What is adnFrtChanTotalUsrSVCsUp?
This read-only counter reports the current number of switched virtual circuits (SVCs) that are actively established and operational. Engineers monitor this to see how many on-demand connections are currently active versus idle on the channel. A value of 5 SVCs up means 5 temporary call-based connections are currently established.
