What is adnFrtChanTotalUsrPVCsUp?
This read-only counter reports the current number of permanent virtual circuits (PVCs) that are active and in the 'up' operational state. Network engineers use this to monitor how many configured PVCs are actually working at any given time. A value of 12 out of 15 configured PVCs means 3 PVCs are down and need investigation.
