What is adnFrtChanT310?
This OID stores an integer (in seconds) defining how long to wait for a Call Proceeding message before disconnecting an unresponsive call. Network engineers configure this to detect and clear stuck calls quickly without wasting circuit resources on unresponsive endpoints. Example: setting this to 5 seconds means a call is cleared if no progress occurs within 5 seconds of the initial setup.
