This OID stores an integer (in seconds) for the LAPD data link timer that controls how long the system waits for the link to recover before clearing all calls. Network engineers tune this to balance between preserving calls during brief link outages and cleaning up after permanent failures. Example: setting this to 30 seconds allows 30 seconds for the data link to recover before the device abandons all active calls.
