What is adnFrtChanStatsOverIngress?
This read-only counter tracks the total amount of burst or excess incoming bandwidth currently in use by active calls beyond their committed rates. Engineers monitor this to understand incoming traffic burstiness and whether the link is congested above normal capacity. A high excess ingress value combined with discards indicates the link is regularly exceeding capacity and dropping frames.
