This 32-bit integer stores the total committed ingress bandwidth reserved for real-time class of service traffic. This metric ensures that incoming real-time traffic (such as VoIP) gets its guaranteed share of inbound capacity. A value of 5000 means the channel reserves 5 Mbps for real-time traffic arriving from the remote end.
