What is adnFrtChanStatsBeOutDiscards?
This counter tracks excess burst (Be) subframes discarded on egress when the transmit queue fills up. Engineers use this to measure whether overflow traffic is successfully queued or dropped under peak load on outbound links. A value of 2000 means 2000 excess-rate packets were dropped on transmission, showing significant congestion.
