What is adnFrtChanStatsBcsInDiscards?
This counter tracks the total number of frames at the statistically committed rate (Bcs, a probabilistic bandwidth guarantee) that were dropped during congestion. Engineers use this to determine if the statistical oversubscription ratio is too aggressive for actual traffic patterns. A high discard rate suggests that either the statistical commitment is too low or the actual traffic variability exceeds network assumptions.
