What is adnFrtChanStatsBcInDiscards?
This counter tracks the total number of frames at the committed data rate (Bc) that were dropped due to queueing congestion on incoming traffic. Network engineers watch this metric to detect whether the link is running out of committed bandwidth capacity or if the buffer is too small. A steadily increasing value indicates the committed rate allocation is too low for actual demand.
