What is adnFrtChanNxOverBeControl?
This controls whether the excess burst (Be) oversubscription factor is enabled or disabled for bandwidth allocation on this channel. If disabled, the system ignores the excess burst allowance when calculating available bandwidth for new calls. Engineers enable or disable this to control whether calls can burst beyond their committed rate during low-congestion periods.
