What is adnFrtChanMonetaryCost?
This stores an arbitrary cost value for the channel that only matters relative to costs on other links, with 0 meaning the cost is ignored. The routing system uses this cost metric to prefer cheaper paths when selecting routes for calls. For example, you might set a cost of 100 on an expensive leased line and 10 on a cheaper connection so calls prefer the cheaper path.
