What is adnFrtChanMinDlci?
This OID stores an integer defining the lowest DLCI (data link connection identifier) number that user virtual circuits can use on the trunk. Network engineers set this to reserve lower DLCI values for system use while allocating a specific range for customer traffic. Example: setting this to 100 means user circuits must use DLCI 100 or higher.
