It cannot exceed BAT (bandwidth allocation threshold). Therefore, the default value for this field should be no more than the minimum percentage specified for the BAT. What is adnFrtChanMaxBe?
This OID stores a percentage value representing the maximum bandwidth available to excess burst (Be) traffic during periods of low utilization. Network engineers adjust this to allow bursty applications to take advantage of spare circuit capacity without overwhelming the link. Example: setting this to 20 permits excess burst traffic to use up to 20% of total channel bandwidth.
