Description: This field represents the maximum percentage of the channel bandwidth allowed for Bcs (statistically committed data rate) users. It is specified as a percentage of the total bandwidth. It cannot exceed BAT (bandwidth allocation threshold). Therefore, the default value for this field should be no more than the minimum percentage specified for the BAT. What is adnFrtChanMaxBcsUser?
This OID stores a percentage value defining the maximum bandwidth that statistically committed user traffic can consume on the channel. Network engineers configure this to prevent user traffic from monopolizing circuit capacity and to maintain fair allocation with network control traffic. Example: setting this to 60 means user Bcs traffic cannot exceed 60% of total channel bandwidth.
