It is specified as a percentage of the total bandwidth. It cannot exceed BAT (bandwidth allocation threshold). What is adnFrtChanMaxBcsNet?
This OID stores a percentage value for the maximum bandwidth reserved for statistically committed network traffic on the channel. Network engineers set this to guarantee that network management and control messages have sufficient bandwidth even when user traffic is heavy. Example: setting this to 30 ensures network traffic cannot exceed 30% of channel capacity.
