What is adnFrtChanDelayInUse?
This stores the delay value (in milliseconds) that the routing system currently uses for cost calculations on this channel, which you can manually override. Engineers adjust this when they want routing to use a different delay value than what was measured to compensate for network changes. You might manually set this to 60 milliseconds if you know the link will get worse, forcing the routing system to treat it as more expensive.
