What is adnFrVCTime?
This OID stores the exact timestamp when the virtual circuit was first initialized or configured on the frame relay interface. Network operators use this to track when a PVC was brought online and to audit when changes occurred on circuits. For example, a value of '2024-03-15 14:30:22 UTC' tells you the circuit was activated at that specific date and time.
