What is adnFrVCSubFrameOUT?
This OID counts the total number of sub-frames (fragmented pieces) your equipment has received from the network on this circuit. You compare this to SubFrameIN to verify that both sides are fragmenting data consistently. For example, a value of 500000 sub-frames indicates the remote side has sent that many fragmented pieces to you.
