What is adnFrVCRetryAttempts?
This OID specifies how many times the system attempts to set up the PVC using the fast retry timer before switching to the slower retry rate, stored as a signed 32-bit integer. Operators adjust this to balance between quick circuit recovery and avoiding excessive setup requests that could burden the network. For example, a value of 3 means the system tries the fast rate three times before backing off to the slow rate.
