What is adnFrVCInBc?
This OID specifies the committed burst size (Bc) in bits for the incoming direction of the virtual circuit, representing the maximum amount of data the service provider guarantees will not be discarded under normal conditions. Network engineers configure this value to match their service contract with the carrier and to tune traffic policing so legitimate bursts pass through without being dropped. For example, a Bc of 128000 bits means frames will be accepted at the committed rate plus a burst allowance of 128 kilobits without being discarded.
