What is adnFrVCISR?
This OID specifies the initial submission rate (ISR) in bits per second, which is the rate at which the equipment allows new frames to enter an idle ingress virtual circuit without checking against committed rate limits. Engineers configure and monitor this value to ensure bursty traffic gets through during quiet periods without violating the contract with the service provider. For example, an ISR of 64000 bps means the equipment will accept up to 64 kilobits per second of burst traffic when the circuit has been idle.
