Description: This counts the number of frames forwarded to the network for this VC. Note that the value of frPVCEndptInFrames from RFC1604 gives the frames received from the user. This counter does not include the 'dummy' frames generated by congestion control. It does include the DQ (data qualified) frames, used to exchange status information with the FRS subsystem at the remote end of a call. Common Name: Frame In
What is adnFrVCFrameIN?
This OID counts the total number of complete frames your equipment has successfully sent into the network on this virtual circuit. Operators monitor this counter to verify circuit activity and detect sudden drops that may indicate a problem. For example, a value of 1500000 tells you this circuit has transmitted 1.5 million frames since it came up.
