What is adnFrVCEndptOutFrames?
This OID counts the total number of frames transmitted from this VC endpoint since the device started, incrementing continuously as data is sent. Engineers use this counter to verify that outbound traffic is flowing and to measure the volume of data being sent through the circuit. For example, a value of 4800000 indicates that 4.8 million frames have been successfully transmitted from this endpoint.
