What is adnFrVCEndptInExcessFrames?
This OID counts frames received on this VC endpoint that exceed the committed information rate, indicating traffic arriving above the guaranteed bandwidth. Engineers use this counter to understand how often inbound traffic bursts exceed the contract rate and whether overprovisioning may be needed. For example, a value of 50000 means 50,000 frames arrived in excess of the committed rate.
