What is adnFrVCBwAllocated?

This object stores the bandwidth in kilobits per second reserved for this virtual circuit, as a signed 32-bit integer. Network engineers configure this value to guarantee minimum throughput and prevent starvation when other VCs compete for the same physical link. Setting this to 512 means exactly 512 kbps is guaranteed to this VC regardless of other traffic.
