What is adnFrVCBeOutDiscards?
This OID counts how many outbound frames were discarded at the interface because they exceeded the maximum burst rate (Be) when congested. You check this to see if your outbound traffic is being dropped, and whether you need to reduce sending speed or increase the Be limit. For example, a value of 15000 means 15,000 of your outbound frames were dropped for exceeding burst limits.
