What is adnFrVCBeInDiscards?
This OID counts how many inbound frames were dropped because they exceeded the maximum burst rate (Be) when the network was congested. Rising counts indicate your inbound traffic regularly spikes above the Be limit and is being discarded. For example, a value of 10000 tells you 10,000 inbound frames have been discarded for exceeding the burst limit.
