What is adnFrVCBcsOutDiscards?
This OID counts how many outbound frames were discarded because they exceeded the statistically-committed rate (Bcs) for outbound traffic. Rising discard counts indicate your application is sending faster than the configured Bcs and you should increase the Bcs or throttle the application. For example, a value of 3000 means 3,000 of your outbound frames have been dropped for exceeding the statistically-committed rate.
