What is adnFrVCBcsInDiscards?
This OID counts how many inbound frames were dropped because they exceeded the statistically-committed rate (Bcs) when the network was congested. You monitor this to detect when your typical inbound traffic is exceeding the Bcs you configured, suggesting you need a higher committed rate. For example, a value of 500 indicates the network has dropped 500 inbound frames above the Bcs threshold.
