What is adnFrVCBcOutDiscards?
This OID counts how many outbound frames were discarded because they exceeded the committed burst rate (Bc), the most restrictive outbound limit. These discards indicate serious oversubscription on the sending side that severely exceeds your committed rate. For example, a value of 1200 means 1,200 of your outbound frames hit the Bc ceiling and were dropped by the network.
