What is adnFrVCBcInDiscards?
This OID counts how many inbound frames were dropped because they exceeded the committed burst rate (Bc), which is the strictest inbound limit. High counts indicate severe oversubscription on inbound traffic relative to the Bc limit. For example, a value of 50000 tells you 50,000 inbound frames hit the Bc limit and were discarded by the network.
