What is adnFrReachAddrNumPlan?
This OID identifies the numbering plan used for the reachable address or prefix (such as E.164 for phone numbers or X.121 for X.25 networks). For example, selecting E.164 numbering plan tells the system to interpret the associated address field as an international telephone number.
