What is adnFrCosOperStatus?
This OID displays the current operational status of this Class of Service: unlocked(1) indicates normal operation accepting calls, while locked(2) indicates new calls are being rejected. Operators monitor this to verify which service classes are actively available and whether administrative locks are in effect. For example, an operator reads locked(2) and understands that no new calls are being accepted for this CoS.
