What is adnFrChanVCTraps?
This OID controls whether the device generates SNMP trap notifications when individual virtual circuits on the channel change state or encounter errors. Network engineers disable this during maintenance windows or on busy channels to reduce alert noise when VC churn is expected. Setting this to disabled prevents the device from flooding the NMS with trap messages during routine operations.
