What is adnFrChanSVCT303?
This OID stores an integer representing the timeout in seconds that the device waits for an SVC setup response; if no response arrives, the setup message is automatically retransmitted. An engineer tunes this value based on expected network latency and reliability; too short causes unnecessary retransmissions, too long causes slow call setup. Example: setting to 4 seconds means the device will wait 4 seconds for the far end to respond to a setup request before sending it again.
