What is adnFrChanSVCInCallBr?
This OID stores an enumerated value (enabled or disabled) that controls whether the interface accepts incoming SVC setup messages initiated by remote devices on the Frame Relay network. A network engineer enables this to allow the device to be called by remote endpoints, or disables it to prevent the device from receiving incoming SVC requests. Example: disabled (value 1) means all incoming call setup requests are rejected and cleared at the destination, making the device outbound-only.
