What is adnFrChanProced?
This OID identifies which local in-channel signaling procedure is active on the Frame Relay port for establishing and tearing down virtual circuits. Network engineers check this to understand whether the port is configured as a user device, a network device, or operating bidirectionally during VC negotiations. A user-to-network-user-side setting means the port negotiates VCs as an end-user would, not as a network provider.
