What is adnFrChanPVCBidirLow?
This OID stores an integer defining the starting point of the DLCI (Data Link Connection Identifier) number range allocated for bidirectional permanent virtual circuits on this channel. Engineers configure this value to partition the available DLCIs so bidirectional PVCs occupy a specific reserved range and do not collide with unidirectional circuits. Example: setting to 100 marks DLCI 100 as the lowest DLCI available for bidirectional PVC allocation on this channel.
