What is adnFrChanPVCBidirHigh?
This OID stores an integer defining the ending point of the DLCI range for bidirectional permanent virtual circuits, working in tandem with PVCBidirLow to define the full allocation band. Engineers use this to specify the upper boundary of DLCIs reserved for PVCs that can carry traffic in both directions. Example: if Low is 100 and High is 150, bidirectional PVCs on this channel will be assigned DLCIs exclusively between 100 and 150.
