What is adnFrChanOutBe?
This OID shows the total excess burst rate available for outgoing traffic when congestion permits and is subject to discard under load. Network engineers track this to understand the total best-effort capacity for outbound bursts above committed rates. An egress Be of 250 Kbps means excess outbound traffic can temporarily reach an additional 250 Kbps when the channel isn't congested.
