What is adnFrChanOutBcs?
This OID reports the total statistically-committed outbound data rate across all virtual circuits based on expected traffic patterns. Network engineers use this to validate their traffic projections and ensure the channel isn't overprovisioned at the statistical level. An egress Bcs of 1 Mbps means the circuit is designed to sustain an average 1 Mbps of outbound traffic.
