What is adnFrChanNxOverBe?
This OID shows how many times the excess burst rate can be oversubscribed before all additional traffic is discarded. Network engineers use this to understand the absolute ceiling of traffic the channel can absorb without dropping anything. A value of 2 means the channel can handle up to twice the Be rate before hitting the hard drop threshold.
